Faye has over 18 years of experience in the spa industry and is highly skilled in all aspects of massage therapy and reflexology. She prides herself on maintaining a loyal customer base who rely on her to help improve their ailments, stress and overall well-being. She also works closely with her staff to mentor and train them on how to provide consistent therapeutic techniques and top notch personalized experiences. She is proud of the professional team that she has worked so hard to grow and support.

Rod Fraser

Marketing Director

Rod oversees administration and marketing for Faye’s Spa. His background includes running a sales agency and a successful retail business as well as 15 years of experience in advertising sales and consulting. Rod believes in impeccable customer service and in building strong relationships with their clients. He is proud of Faye’s Spa and the professional attitude and strong business model that they have created, and looks forward to a healthy and prosperous future for the spa and all their clientele.

Rod & Faye have been happily married for the last 2 years and in their time away from the spa, enjoy exploring Vancouver Island, traveling the world and living a balanced and active lifestyle.
